We're growing, and we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team.

This position would suit a trainee or someone early in their administrative career, with training and support provided to the right candidate.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with our experienced full-time admin team, you'll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day business operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders and generating invoices

  • Reconciling employee and sub-contractor timesheets

  • Recording and maintaining HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) data

  • Providing general office support across a range of administrative tasks

  • Assisting internal teams with documentation and system data entry

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Organised and detail-oriented

  • A clear communicator, both written and verbal

  • Willing to learn and take initiative

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and open to learning other systems

  • A team player with a positive attitude

No prior experience is necessary — we're happy to support and train the right person. School leavers or candidates looking to start a career in business administration are encouraged to apply.
