We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity to join our Operations Team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will play a key role in delivering top-tier service to our customers across Australia, supporting their Solar, Battery, and EV Charging Systems.

Based from our North Sydney office (2 mins from the metro and station), you will be joining a growing team of like minded people who work hard Monday to Friday and celebrate every success. A truly awesome place to work

is hyper focused on helping people save time and money as they make the switch to renewable energy. The renewable energy industry is exploding in Australia and is on an aggressive growth trajectory.

was started by two brothers David and Jonathan Green who saw an opportunity for a fresh approach to the solar and battery industry. Fast forward to today, we have moved into our fourth office in as many years in North Sydney, built a world class cloud based customer platform and are digital leaders in the space. About the position:

The position will be ideal for someone who gets out of bed with a bang. Doesn't let anything get in their way and isn't scared of a rainy day. The role is focused on helping the business grow and supporting our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of service to our customers
  • Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Manage email inbox
  • Drive positive customer outcomes
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and installers
  • Manage customer data with our in-house CRM
  • Support customers with post-sale queries
  • Communicate and maintain strong relationships with our partners
  • Respond to customer queries and questions with lightspeed
  • Clearly and quickly identify any problems and assist to find solutions
  • Learn and grow within the role to chase your best everyday
