We are looking for a motivated and experienced Duty Manager/Supervisor to join our team at the vibrant Berry Springs Tavern. If you're passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences, leading a dynamic team, and driving the success of a high-energy venue, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Roster Coordination: Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and oversee events, ensuring smooth execution and memorable experiences.
  • Patron Engagement: Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all customers.
  • Cash Handling: Manage daily financial transactions, reconcile tills, and ensure accuracy.

What We're Looking For

  • Current RSA & RSG Certification.
  • Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Competence in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
