Your Role:

  • Deliver client-centred, evidence-informed support across a varied caseload (NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, private, and community programs)
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop tailored support or intervention plans
  • Provide counselling, case management, and advocacy to empower clients to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress notes in line with professional standards

What You Bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work (or nearing completion)
  • Eligibility for registration with the AASW
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
