Community Living Australia is seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team on a casual or permanent part-time basis in Murray Bridge and surrounding areas. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives by providing compassionate, personalised support that allows them to thrive and participate actively in their communities.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide support with household duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
- Facilitate meaningful social and recreational activities to enhance clients' wellbeing and community engagement
- Advocate for clients' needs and preferences, ensuring their rights and choices are respected
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised support plans

**What you'll need to have**
- A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability (or equivalent) students welcomed
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check
- Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
- A positive attitude with flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
