**About the Role**

Disability Support Workers with YNA are responsible to providing flexible and responsive support to promote choice, self-determination and independence for our clients in a range of community and in-home settings.

**Duties may include**:

- Assistance with personal care
- Household support, including meal preparation
- Manual handling and medication supervision
- Social support, including interaction and transporting.

We’ll back you every step of the way and always consider your preferences to get the best experience as an agency team member.

**About you**

We are seeking team members with the right attitude, who are dependable and reliable. You will need to have strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and help people, along with
- Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
- Minimum 6 months paid experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
