About the role

We are seeking a passionate and talented Cafe All-Rounder to join our dynamic team at Fiori Kitchen and Bar in Kenmore, Queensland. As a casual employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our vibrant cafe.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring accurate order fulfilment Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Assisting with food preparation, including assembling and presenting menu items Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment, including restocking and light cleaning duties Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns Collaborating with the team to ensure the efficient and seamless operation of the cafe

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting Strong barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our cafe
