We're Hiring – Marketing & Social Media Officer (Part-Time)

LC Accountants is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Social Media Officer to join our team in Stuart Park.

This role is perfect for someone with strong digital marketing and content creation skills and experience who thrives on building brand presence, engaging with clients, and driving growth through effective campaigns.

Part-time hours per week)

6-month contract, with possibility to extend

Immediate start

$35-$40/hour (based on experience)

Stuart Park, NT

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Communications

· Develop and deliver marketing campaigns that promote the organisation's brand.

· Create engaging written and visual content for newsletters, blogs and other promotional material.

· Monitor and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Social Media Management

· Manage the organisation's social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

· Plan and schedule regular posts in line with the marketing calendar.

· Monitor engagement and respond to comments/ messages in a timely manner.

Brand and Digital Presence

· Ensure branding is updated and consistent across all platforms and materials.

· Update and maintain organisation's website content.

Selection Criteria

Essential

· Qualifications or experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge and prior experience of social media platforms and digital marketing tools

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.

· Proven proficiency in Canva, Publisher, Adobe, and MS Office suite.

· Experience with website content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)

· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable

· Experience or and understanding of Accounting professional services.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics or other reporting tools.

Requirements

· NT driver's license

· Australian working rights
