About the Opportunity

School Plus specialises in providing high-quality Outside School Hours Care Programs to primary aged children. Our educators care for children before school, after school and during school holidays creating a patch for every child to G.R.O.W.

What you'll do

We are looking for a visionary Co-Leader to support our Service in Bellmere to co-lead the day-to-day operations of a fully resourced program that operates before school, after school, and during vacation care. You'll guide a team of passionate educators, build strong relationships with families and the school, and ensure the delivery of a safe, engaging, and child-led program.

  • Collaborate with the Service Leader to manage daily operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture1
  • Plan, implement, and review creative, engaging programs for primary school-aged children in Before School, After School, and Vacation Care
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and the National Quality Standard
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community
  • Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where children and educators can GROW
  • Support administration, including rostering, enrolments, and reporting
  • Step into the Service Leader role as required

What you'll bring

  • A Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) is essential.
  • A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven experience in OSHC or early childhood education, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for child development, team leadership, and creating positive learning environments.
