We are hiring a Coordinator, Responsible Person's and Educators for our Outside School Hours Care service Kidz Mob Taabinga (based at Taabinga State School), and our new service at Kidz Mob Kingaroy (based at Kingaroy State School) which opened in August.

We are an Indigenous family and community focused childcare business striving to nurture the next generation. Our partners have a strong passion to improve the quality of Outside School Hours Care services in Southeast Queensland.

At Kidz Mob we will provide high quality inclusive care for before school, after school, and vacation care.

We are seeking a Coordinator with the following qualities/qualifications;

  • Experience as a Coordinator or experience in a similiar role is highly desirable.
  • Completed or be working towards a relevant Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA.
  • You'll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Passion for creating a positive relationship with the children, families, school, families, local community and wider Kidz Mob organisation.
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Proven experience managing a team.

We are seeking Responsible Persons with the following qualities/qualifications;

  • Experience as a Responsible Person or experience in a similiar role is highly desirable.
  • Completed or be working towards a relevant Certificate 3, Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA.
  • You'll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Passion for creating a positive relationship with the children, families, school, families, local community and wider Kidz Mob organisation.
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Proven experience managing a team.

We are seeking Educators with the following qualities/qualifications;

  • Desire to succeed in a supportive workplace
  • Passion for working with children and families to create a supportive and fun environment
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Completed or be working towards a relevant Certificate 3, Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA.
  • Experience in OSHC is desirable but not required
