Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Front of House Receptionist at our Dural, NSW location. The Front of House Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointment bookings, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include general receptionist duties, maintaining office organization, and offering administrative support to ensure smooth operation and a welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties
  • Strong clerical and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Experience working in a healthcare or clinical environment is a plus
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and office tools is preferred
