**The Role**
We’re hiring a **Barista All-Rounder** for weekend shifts. This is a **casual role** with competitive pay and long-term stability. You’ll be running the machine, supporting front of house, and helping the team keep service smooth during busy periods.

**Shift Times**
- **Saturday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM**:

- **Sunday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Understand espresso, Brewing espresso with care and consistency
- Dialing in and adjusting grind settings
- Creating smooth latte art
- Taking orders, handling payments, and serving customers with warmth
- Supporting FOH duties and keeping the café clean and tidy

**What You’ll Need**
- At least 1 year barista experience **or** the ability to learn very quickly
- Solid understanding of espresso brewing and machine dial-in
- Reliability and the ability to work under pressure
- Fast, friendly, and willing to help across barista + FOH duties
- Ability to **reliably commute to Dural** for early morning starts
