A well-established accounting and financial advice firm is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to take over a high-quality book of approximately 75 high-net-worth clients.

Clients have average funds under management ranging from $1M to $5M, with many longstanding relationships supported by consistent referrals through the firm's accounting division. This is a key role within the business, with a clear pathway to equity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service an existing book of 75 HNW clients

  • Provide strategic financial advice across superannuation, investments, retirement planning, and intergenerational wealth

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and integrity

  • Work collaboratively with internal accountants and support staff to deliver integrated advice

  • Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and grow FUM organically

  • Ensure advice delivery and documentation meet regulatory and compliance standards

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Financial Adviser

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, FASEA compliant)

  • Proven experience managing HNW or sophisticated clients

  • Strong technical knowledge across investment, superannuation, and retirement strategies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • A client-first mindset, with a focus on long-term outcomes

  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
