Sales Administrator – Join Our Fast-Paced, Customer-Focused Team

Are you a detail-driven multitasker with a passion for customer service and smooth operations? We're looking for a proactive 
Sales Administrator
to support our sales and channel sales teams, ensuring everything runs like clockwork from quote to invoice.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support & Order Processing

  2. Prepares quotes, proposals, and sales documents.

  3. Processes customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
  4. Ensures all sales documentation is complete and compliant with company standards.

  5. Customer Service

  6. Acts as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email.

  7. Handles inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures a positive customer experience.

  8. Invoicing & Financial Admin

  9. Raises customer invoices and processes supplier invoices.

  10. Ensures all billing is accurate and timely.

  11. CRM & Data Management

  12. Maintains and updates the CRM system with customer and sales data.

  13. Manages master data to ensure consistency across systems.

  14. Sales Team Coordination

  15. Keeps the sales team accountable by ensuring processes are followed.

  16. Provides administrative support to help the team stay focused on selling.

  17. Process Improvement

  18. Identifies inefficiencies in workflows and suggests improvements.

  19. Helps implement changes that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

  20. Reporting & Documentation

  21. Assists with monthly reporting and performance tracking.

  22. Maintains spreadsheets, documents, and internal records.

  23. Cross-Departmental Support

  24. Collaborates with production, retail, procurement, and stores teams.

  25. Provides general admin support to senior managers to keep operations running smoothly.
