About the Position
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic & hands on Internal Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team in Wantirna South. As part of a small, dedicated team, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment needs of the business, which will include but are not limited to:
· Shortlisting and telephone interviewing candidates
· Coordinating F2F interview schedules with internal stakeholders
· Reference checking and job offering
· Ensuring that all vacancies are filled with the right caliber within the set timeframe
Please note that this is a casual position and the hours of work for each week will depend on the volume of work.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· High level of enthusiasm and positive energy
· Computer literate; including MS Office
