We're looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for developing new business, maintaining key client relationships, and promoting Highlands Transport as a trusted partner across multiple industries.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities nationwide.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and deliver proposals, quotes, and tailored transport solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve and report on sales and growth targets.
