We're Hiring: Business Development Manager

Location:
Ravenhall, Melbourne

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for solving business challenges through innovation, technology, and service excellence? Join our dynamic team at FUJIFILM Data Management Solutions (FUJIFILM DMS) as a Business Development Manager and help shape the future of customer communications and business process automation.


What You'll Do

As a key member of our growth team, you'll:

  • Drive revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities—both within major existing accounts and new logos.
  • Build strong client relationships and understand their strategic goals to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead account planning, prepare compelling proposals and presentations, and manage the full sales cycle using
  • Collaborate across teams to identify synergies and deliver value through our technology and managed services.


What You Bring

  • A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • A keen interest in business process automation, communication trends, and solving complex challenges.
  • Commercial acumen, technical curiosity, and the ability to engage at a strategic level.
  • 4+ years of senior business development experience, ideally in IT or technology services.
  • Tertiary qualifications (preferably in IT) and a current driver's licence.
