THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare opportunity for a growth-oriented Associate Dentist to step into a busy, modern and fully equipped private practice in Balwyn and grow clinically while also contributing meaningfully.

You'll take over some of the Principal's books as well as handle a large portion of new patients. The caseload includes general dentistry as well as high-value treatments across cosmetic, major restorative, fixed prosthodontics, orthodontics, clear aligners, and implants.

A dentist who focuses on full mouth dentistry may particularly enjoy it here.

You'll practice in a 5-chair, state-of-the-art practice known for its innovation, technical excellence, and exceptional patient care. The Principal and wider team are committed to providing ongoing clinical support, and a collaborative environment to help you thrive.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Work with a team of Associates and Oral Health Therapists

THE PRACTICE

This well-established, high-end clinic has been a pillar of the Balwyn dental community for over 15 years and the Principal for 25 years. With a strong reputation, a loyal patient base, and ongoing marketing investment, the practice continues to grow steadily through word-of-mouth and referrals.

  • 5 chairs in a modern, spacious and beautifully designed setting
  • A warm, high-performing team culture grounded in ethics, camaraderie, and growth
  • State-of-the-art technology including CBCT, intraoral scanners and cameras, microscopes, full surgical setups, DSLR and photo studio, and a complete digital workflow including Digital Smile Design
  • A strong support team including Dental Hygienists, OHTs, well-trained clinical staff, and a switched-on Practice Manager
  • A Principal who is focused on growth and leadership to support the dentists with their own development.

ABOUT YOU

  • Over 5 years of experience with strong expertise in major restorative and aesthetic dentistry, including Digital Smile Design and other advanced cosmetic procedures
  • Experience or interest in clear aligners, orthodontics or implants (preferred but not essential)
  • Committed to clinical excellence and delivering top-tier care
  • Friendly, empathetic, and confident in patient communication
  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
  • AHPRA-registered with no restrictions
  • Holds current professional indemnity insurance
  • Open to learning and constantly striving to improve
