About the role

As an IT Services Administrator, you'll take on a dynamic and hands-on role, working at the forefront of maintaining and supporting the company's IT services and infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to apply your diverse technical skills across a broad range of systems and technologies—making each day different and engaging. Your day to day will consist of the following:

  • Delivering Level 3 IT support, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and exceptional customer service

  • Perform day-to-day system administration of servers, user devices, and general corporate IT infrastructure

  • Provide technical input and hands-on assistance during cloud migration projects

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

Your areas of technical strength will be:

  • Microsoft stack – O365 Hybrid, Intune, Exchange, AD, SharePoint

  • Level 3 desktop, server & network support experience

  • Active Directory and Entra administration

  • Familiarity with modern backup systems

The following areas of are desirable but not essential:

  • Azure cloud migration and administration experience

  • Powershell scripting and power automate

  • SSL Certificates
