Reporting to: Senior Project Manager

As part of our ambitious digital transformation program, we're seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in insurance and claims to help modernise our systems and elevate the member experience.

About the Role

In this key role, you'll:

  • Lead end-to-end analysis of claims processes: intake, assessment, management, and settlement.
  • Design future-state workflows with straight-through processing and automation.
  • Gather and document functional and integration requirements across systems (PAS, CRM, DMS, CCM, Data Platform).
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Define data and API requirements for third-party integrations and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Bring

  • Over 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of claims management, policy administration, and system integration.
  • Experience in APRA-regulated environments and legacy system migration.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart), Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Azure).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ideally relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications in Business Analysis and Change Management.
