We're seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead our
Gold Coast Northern clinics
into its next phase of growth. This is your opportunity to develop a thriving business, strengthen referrer relationships and build a culture where people and performance flourish.

As the Practice Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the clinic, ensuring every patient receives outstanding care, every referrer enjoys a seamless experience and every team member feels engaged, supported, and motivated. Your Key Focus Areas

  • Inspire and develop your team, fostering collaboration, accountability and a strong service ethos.
  • Grow and maintain strong referrer partnerships, acting as a trusted representative of Qscan in the community.
  • Drive operational excellence, streamlining processes and maximising resource utilisation.
  • Champion safety and compliance, ensuring the clinic meets Qscan's high standards for WHS and care.
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in daily operations, including clerical and patient-facing duties.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare, with a track record of managing people, performance, and priorities.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare (radiology experience highly valued).
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Commercial acumen, operational savvy, and the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth.
  • Proficiency with clinical systems, reporting tools and digital workflows.
