Our Gold Coast office is currently seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager
to join our growing
Business Advisory & Tax Services
team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building client relationships, driving team performance, and solving complex business issues.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen a diverse portfolio of client relationships
  • Oversee workflow planning and ensure timely delivery of engagements
  • Provide expert advice on tax matters and technical business issues
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
  • Support the firm's strategic initiatives and contribute to business growth

Experience with the following systems is advantageous (but not essential):

  • Xero Practice Manager
  • FYI Docs

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
  • CA qualified
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in public practice, ideally within a mid-tier or reputable firm
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
  • Proven strategic thinker with sound technical knowledge
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and results-driven attitude
