Alpine Nurseries, one of Australia's premier greenlife suppliers, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Alstonville, NSW.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with both existing and new landscape clients. Your role is to deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring our customers have access to the right stock, pricing, order processing, and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage Proactively

    Connect with customers to understand their challenges and needs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage Customer Portfolio

    Take ownership of a diverse portfolio, guiding clients through the extensive offerings of Alpine Nurseries.

    Work with local councils and landscape contractors in supplying greenlife for their small to major projects (e.g. streetscapes, sports and recreational facilities, parks, residential and commercial projects).
  • Collaborate with Teams

    Work closely with our marketing, sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to delivery.

    Ability to cultivate and manage key client relationships effectively.
  • Strong Communicator

    Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must.

  • Local Councils (from Coffs Harbour to Brisbane)
  • Landscape Contractors servicing commercial and residential projects
  • Architects and Designers

While sales experience is preferred, it is not essential. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training in various areas, including sales and account management.
