Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Business Analyst
. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting data analysis, and translating complex data into clear recommendations that align with business goals. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and IT, to drive business process improvements, optimize workflows, and ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data to solve complex business problems
  • Proficiency in
    business analysis tools
    such as
    Microsoft Excel

    business intelligence software

    ,
    Power BI
    )
  • Experience in gathering and documenting
    business requirements
    and performing
    requirements analysis
  • Strong understanding of

    )
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with
    stakeholder management
    and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration
