Position Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations at Calvary Healthcare-Kogarah, contributing to compassionate patient care.
  • Perm, part time working 38 hours per fortnight

About the role:
To provide efficient administrative support and relief within Calvary Healthcare-Kogarah (CHCK) within various departments, filling in for staff on leave or during periods of high workload.

Your main duties will include:

  • Provide a high level of customer service both face to face and tele-communication.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records, files and documentation.
  • Booking patient appointments, minute taking and data entry.

About you:

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and professional attitude, especially in a healthcare setting.
