Junior Marketing Assistant

Do you love design, short-form video, and seeing your work go live across social media? We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team and help bring our automotive brand to life through Meta ad creatives.

This role is ideal for someone confident in Canva and CapCut, who enjoys editing visuals and has a great eye for detail. Your role will focus on editing and compiling provided content into high-performing ad creatives for use across Facebook and Instagram.

While you won’t be running the ads yourself, full training will be provided to help you understand the ad process and how your creatives fit into it.

**Hours & Location**
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Kogarah, New South Wales.
Hours are **8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday**.

**Eligibility to Work**
To be considered for this role, you **must have permanent work rights in Australia with no restrictions**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Edit and compile Meta ad creatives using **Canva and CapCut**:

- Work with supplied photo and video content to produce scroll-stopping ads
- Assist the lead of creatives with **basic photography and videography** when needed
- Design product graphics, ad slides, and short videos for promotions
- Update product images and media on our Shopify store as required
- Organise and manage creative files for campaigns
- Learn how Meta ads work and how your content plays a role in campaign performance

**Who You Are**
- Proficient in **Canva**, **CapCut**, or similar design and video editing tools
- Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in content creation when needed
- Willing to take part in seasonal marketing campaigns (e.g. Easter, Halloween, Christmas)
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for visual quality
- Familiar with social media trends across **Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**:

- Basic understanding of **Shopify business/admin** is a plus - not required, as training will be provided
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growing team environment
- Reliable, proactive, and open to feedback
- Bonus: An interest in the automotive or 4x4 industry

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
