About the Role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and monitoring across various initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Identify potential risks and support problem resolution
- Coordinate resources and support project managers in daily operations
- Ensure compliance with project governance and Australian workplace standards
- Maintain project records and update tracking systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or related field
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Understanding of basic project management principles and methodologies
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project management frameworks
- Experience with reporting and documentation in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with resource allocation and budget tracking
- Previous internship or entry-level project experience in Australia
