The Role:
  • Recruiting Locum (temporary) professionals in Medical and Aged Care Nursing sectors.
  • Managing the full temp recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placement.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Working closely with a team of experienced consultants in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Office-based due to the temp nature of the roles for quick turnaround and service excellence.
Who You Are:
  • Recruitment experience (temp experience highly regarded, but not essential).
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to achieve.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
