Senior Recruitment Consultant | Legal Services

TAP is hiring. Recruitment Consultant - Legal Support, Sydney CBD. TAP is a privately owned, Australian, specialist recruitment consultancy focusing on high-level roles across Accounting, Insurance, Legal & Finance. Since 2010 we have grown to multiple offices in Australia and New Zealand, with a leadership team that emphasizes internal promotion and development.

With our continued expansion and increased demand, we are seeking a talented individual to help us manage our growth.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Legal Support division in Sydney and contribute to our success story in 2025 and beyond.

What You'll Be Walking Into

You will inherit a high-performing, warm desk with loyal, long-term clients already in place. Our client portfolio spans from small boutique firms to global multinationals and market leaders.

This position offers the chance to work with a high-performing, high-billing legal team, providing an opportunity to quickly develop your own professional brand and earn commission.
