Integral Skills, is a locally owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO), specialising in High-Risk training to industry with offices in Orange and Mudgee. A fantastic opportunity has become available at our Mudgee Office for an experienced Trainer & Assessor or someone just starting out their training career with industry knowledge.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the RTO Manager, and working with our team of dedicated professionals, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality training and assessment services.

Your role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with some additional hours required as per operational demand.

Within this role there is also flexibility for the right candidate for the adjustment of hours or work days.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plan training and assessment sessions to ensure resources are available
  • Management of training resources
  • Delivery and coordinate training and assessment activities
  • Quarterly working at heights and lifting equipment inspections
  • Contribute to Integral Skills continuous improvement approach
  • Assist in the development of training packages
  • Participate in assessment validation activities

About You:

This role is pivotal within the business, interacting with our learners from all avenues of life. You will need to have outstanding personal interaction skills, a friendly personality with professional presentation.

Other criteria include:

  • Have at least 2 years' experience within industry
  • Have or working towards your Certificate IV in Training Assessment
  • Have a HRWL with Classes LF, WP, DG (more is preferable)
  • Have Statement of Attainments for Confined Space Working at Heights
  • Have a current Working with Children Check or the ability to get one
  • Have a current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Have Impeccable communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to take instruction and learn quickly
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, with an ability to multi task
  • Good computer literacy
  • Punctuality
  • High standards of personal presentation
