2 POSITIONS; Software Development and Customer Success & Community
We're looking for a curious and creative
Software Development Intern
to help us build and refine the next generation of our learning platform. You'll work closely with our CTO and product team to bring new features to life, test AI-powered speech tools, and help make communication training accessible to every frontline worker.
Responsibilities
- Support in developing, testing, and debugging platform features
- Help integrate APIs and machine learning components (e.g., speech recognition, scoring)
- Improve user experience by assisting in front-end and dashboard design
- Collaborate with linguists, designers, and the customer success team on feature delivery
- Document workflows and contribute to technical discussions
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Studying or recently graduated in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - Basic experience with React, , or Python
(bonus: Azure or Firebase) - Interest in
AI, speech tech, or education technology - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and organised
Customer Success & Community Intern
to help us deliver incredible experiences for our clients and learners. You'll play a key role in supporting onboarding, managing customer communications, and gathering insights that help shape our product and impact.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding for pilot clients and learners
- Assist in creating user resources, help guides, and FAQs
- Track learner engagement and feedback across workshops and the app
- Communicate with clients and partners with empathy and professionalism
- Support community initiatives and events related to language and inclusion
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Background or studies in
communications, business, linguistics, psychology, or education - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-friendly — comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or online platforms
- Empathetic, reliable, and culturally aware
- Migrant lived experience or second-language perspective is highly valued
