A third-generation family-owned business, we operate manufacturing plants in Perth and Brisbane, with a strong presence across Australia's mining, civil, and infrastructure sectors. Our national head office is located in Perth's northern suburbs, and we continue to grow our footprint across the country.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Territory Manager to take ownership of our South Australian region. Based in Adelaide, this is a highly autonomous role responsible for managing existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities across the mining, civil construction, rural, and irrigation sectors.
Working as part of the broader Western Region sales team, you'll represent a trusted Australian brand and play a key role in expanding our reach throughout South Australia and beyond.
This role suits a driven, technically minded sales professional who thrives on building long-term client relationships and identifying large project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across the South Australia region.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships with mining companies, civil contractors, and rural resellers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Provide technical product knowledge and advice to clients and project partners.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotes, tenders, and project proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and regular sales reporting.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or Business Management.
- Proven experience in territory or regional sales, ideally within HDPE piping, civil infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of the mining, civil construction, or rural irrigation markets.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in CRM, ERP, and project planning software.
- Analytical thinker with a solutions-focused mindset.
- A genuine passion for driving growth and building a respected regional presence
