*Please note this is a FULL TIME or PART TIME role with Saturday and late night work. Please only apply if you are able to work these hours in a fast paced hands on environment.

About the role:

We're looking for a warm, professional, and organised coordinator with a passion for the beauty industry to join our newest location in Alphington. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing bookings, and ensuring the smooth running of the front desk. With your beauty knowledge and exceptional customer service skills, you'll help clients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about their treatments. This role requires a high level of independence and initiative.

Roles in this job will include:

  • Product knowledge and sales (product training is included)
  • Performing basic beauty treatments (such as LED, Teeth Whitening and EMS)
  • Greet and check-in clients professionally and warmly
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain client records
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
  • Prepare and clean treatment rooms between clients
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as calling clients and checking in on them
  • Support daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service and client care
  • Coordinate with therapist staff to optimise client experience and clinic efficiency
  • Perform cleaning duties throughout the clinic to maintain a pristine environment
  • Close and secure the clinic at the end of each day
  • Assist with hands-on tasks as needed to support the team
  • Manage social media accounts and support the Marketing Manager

About You:

Are you friendly, bubbly and take initiative? Happy to work in a face paced hands on environment?

Admin experience is essential. Must be available to work on Monday-Saturday & late nights.

Experience in the Beauty Industry is preferred but not required.

We are happy to contribute towards training for the right person.

Able to work evening shifts until 8pm.
