KAEFER Integrated Services are currently looking for an experienced Scaffold Supervisor for to join a project in the Pilbara region. This role will be offered on a 2 and 2 roster.

The successful candidate will be required on site for 1 week on the 12th of Jan before moving into their ongoing roster.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise a team of scaffolders and ensure safe work practices are followed
  • Coordinate the delivery, installation, modification and dismantling of scaffolding structures
  • Monitor scaffolding equipment and materials, and order supplies as needed
  • Conduct site inspections and identify any safety or compliance issues
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to scaffolding activities
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced scaffolders

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scaffold Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding design, construction and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
  • Experience leading and motivating a team of scaffolders
  • HRWL
  • Construction Induction (White) Card
  • RTIO inductions are advantageous.
