Administrator Officer – Permanent Full-Time

Location: Kalgoorlie - Office Based

Hours: 5 days per week, with opportunity to grow to full time (We're open to flexible school-hour arrangements for a suitable applicant)

About the Role

This is an essential operations role supporting ,you'll assist in managing rosters, invoicing, and administrative processes to ensure our services run efficiently and meet NDIS compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist and maintain staff rosters 2–4 weeks in advance
  • Monitor shared inboxes and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Maintain participant files, registers, and compliance documentation
  • Raise and manage NDIS invoices and participant rental agreements
  • Support the preparation of NDIS audit documentation and checklists
  • Assist with onboarding new staff, training records, and induction tracking
  • Liaise with internal teams and external providers to support workflow
  • Maintain systems such as ShiftCare, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office

About You

You're detail-oriented, reliable, and able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in accuracy and teamwork.

You'll bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, rostering, or coordination
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of NDIS documentation or compliance processes (desirable)
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current National Police Clearance & Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening
