Job Description: We are currently seeking qualified and professional Crowd Controllers for licenced venues in the Logan area. Exceptional customer service skills are required for these positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crowd control
  • Ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and patrons
  • Provide accurate and detailed report writing
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Hold a current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Controller function
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Additional Requirements:

  • Access to your own car or reliable transport (due to varying work locations across the Gold Coast)
  • Australian working rights
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends
  • Physically capable of working a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 12 hours per shift
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High standard of customer service and personal presentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role however training will be provided for new and inexperienced guards
