Concordia College offers continuous education from ELC to Year 12. We have three co-educational campuses located in the eastern suburbs of Highgate and the Adelaide foothills of Blackwood.

The College is seeking applications for the following position:

Sport Administrator

Ongoing part time – 37.5 hours per week, 42 weeks per year (39 term weeks plus 3 additional weeks)

Commencing January 2026

Concordia College, Highgate, SA is seeking to appoint a Sports Administrator to aid in the management of exceptional sport to our students. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our extensive and successful sport program.

Working under the direction of the Director of Extra and Co-curricular Sport, this role is a key point of contact for students, parents, and staff. The successful applicant will provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Director of Extra and Co-curricular Sport, Sport Coordinators, and coaches, contributing to the smooth and successful delivery of the College's sport programs.

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will build positive and collaborative relationships across the school community and be aligned with our commitment to delivering high-quality sport programs.

This role is a full-time, term-time plus 3 additional weeks, permanent position which will on occasion require some additional morning, afternoon and weekend work, as negotiated with the Director of Extra and Co-curricular Sport, to support the operational needs of the College's sport program.

The successful candidate will be highly experienced with Microsoft suite of software and Clipboard (school co-curricular management system), with excellent written and effective interpersonal communication skills
