The Role:

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the bar. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and passionate about hospitality, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences
  • Recruit, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high service standards
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Develop and update drink menus, keeping current with trends and seasonal offerings
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, costs, and budgets
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
