The position
We are looking for a full-time Operations Efficiency Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies that improve productivity and streamline operations.
This is a hands-on analytical role with plenty of scope to apply critical thinking, propose process improvements, and help shape the efficiency culture across our several venues.
If you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for operational detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, this could be the perfect fit.
Summary of Duties/Tasks
· Review business process and company policies to help enhance workflow and develop a stronger company.
· Work with management to review job responsibilities and alter employee and departmental tasks based on company needs.
· Collaborate with staff and operations teams to help find ways to create cost-effective business processes that will attract new customers.
· Deliver a monthly report to management on industry trends and how to maximise those trends by altering company procedures.
· Train and manage our team and staff across all stores.
· Generate comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like, average daily spend, labour costs, food cost percentage, and customer satisfaction metrics.
· Identify areas for operational improvement by analysing data trends and identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies in processes, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· Relevant studies – Bachelor degree or above in a relevant area.
· A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar setting.
Other Skills and abilities
· Good at analytical thinking and delivering practical and effective solutions.
· Understanding how operations work and how to improve workflows and efficiency.
· Comfortable using tools like Excel, databases, and analytics software to interpret and present insights.
· Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
Must have the right to work full-time in Australia.
