About the Role
The Data Analyst works as part of a team of specialists within the Continuous Improvement & Performance Optimisation function for SSI's Employment Services division and is involved with specialised and critical projects as well as ongoing support to ensure effective, efficient service delivery and to uphold continuous improvement strategies of all SSI's employment programs.
The Data Analyst will assist with identifying, gathering, transforming and regularly analysing data from various sources using authorised tools and techniques to inform business strategies and decisions. This role is responsible for providing reports and BI solutions for management, operational support teams, service delivery teams, the funding bodies, and other project teams.
The Data Analyst role also involves system and process design, supporting the roll out of new processes, responding to internal and external audit activities, providing recommendations for improvements, and assisting in future business planning.

About You
You hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and have strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. You are digitally proficient, with experience in Salesforce and SharePoint, and excel in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management. You are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and driven to improve operational efficiency. With proven integrity and teamwork skills, employment services experience is desirable, along with familiarity with Workforce Australia systems.
