Leading Hand – Civil Works

We're chasing a reliable Leading Hand to join the crew at Roesner & Hamilton Civil Contractors. If you've been on the tools for a while, know your way around civil works, and are ready to step up, this could be the gig for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building footpaths, kerb ramps, kerb & channel, and gully pits
  • Formwork and concreting (need to be confident on the tools)
  • Working in and around live traffic – safety first
  • Leading the team on site and keeping jobs running smooth

What we're chasing:

  • At least 5 years' experience in civil construction
  • Strong formwork and concreting skills
  • Mandatory tickets and licences (White Card, machinery tickets etc.)
  • Someone who's organised, reliable, and leads by example
  • Knows how to get the job done without cutting corners
