Job Description

12-Month Contract | Starting January 2026

Location: Melbourne or Sydney

We're looking for a Client Implementation Manager to lead the migration of our clients to Experian's updated product API services. This role is key to ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption and maximum value.

Work that matters - What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for clients during their migration journey. You'll work closely with their technical teams and our internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end client migrations to our enhanced API platform.
  • Collaborating with client teams to understand integration needs and support testing and validation.
  • Translating technical requirements into clear, actionable plans.
  • Coordinating internal teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support.
  • Managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Facilitating onboarding sessions and post-implementation reviews.
  • Using client feedback to improve processes and enhance the experience.
Qualifications

We're looking for someone with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, who can manage complex projects and build trusted relationships.

  • Solid understanding of API technologies, data integration and system interoperability.
  • Experience managing multiple technical client migrations.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
  • Skills in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise testing and managing test environments.
  • Confidence in managing expectations and navigating challenging conversations.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients is highly regarded.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
