Barossa Valley Estate is a modern undercover winery, with excellent facilities located amongst the vineyards on our estate in the heart of the Barossa Valley.

The Opportunity 

We are seeking dynamic and motivated people to join our team for a truly rewarding vintage experience.

All Vintage Cellar Hands will be involved in various winemaking and cellar operations which include:

  • Grape receival
  • Fermentation management
  • Barrel operations 
  • General cellar operations

Employment would commence during mid-late February 2026 and continue through March into April. Peak work patterns consist of up to 12 hours per day, six to seven days per week.

  • You are a highly motivated person; previous experience is preferred but not essential
  • You are a clear communicator who thrives in a team environment
  • You are physically fit to perform the duties and have the energy to contribute to our team 
  • You demonstrate a 'Winning together' mindset through understanding the perspectives of others and maintaining strong bonds
  • You have a good eye for detail and naturally take pride in your work
