The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Strategy Director who will lead creative strategy for one of the world's most iconic brands - McDonald's. This is your chance to shape how a cultural powerhouse shows up in the world across collaborations, sponsorships, and campaigns - not just in what they say, but how they behave.

As Senior Strategy Director, you are a master at uncovering unexpected provocations and rich jumping off points. You possess a creative "sixth sense", knowing which strategies will unlock breakthrough creative thinking and inspire clients to buy bold and playful work.

  • Lead beyond the brief. Be the strategic heartbeat of your clients' business. Build the kind of trust that earns a seat at the table — where you can shape the work, challenge the brief, and define the problem that really needs solving.

  • Stay on the front foot. Anticipate opportunities before they're asked for. Bring proactive, divergent thinking and cultural intelligence to every conversation helping brands and CMOs stay ahead, not just keep up.
  • Create together. Collaborate across creative, client service and social -  letting ideas get knocked around and rebuilt by others — to turn strategic thinking into ideas people talk about.
