Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Osborne Park, WA for a Trainer/Assessor specializing in Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA). The Trainer/Assessor will deliver high-quality training programs, assess competency levels, develop training materials, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Tasks include conducting theoretical and practical training sessions, evaluating participants' performance, maintaining accurate training records, and providing feedback to support learners' development.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA)
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs and materials
  • Assessment and competency evaluation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment
  • Relevant industry certifications and qualifications
  • Experience in the resource, infrastructure, manufacturing, or defense industries is beneficial
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
