About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Financial Manager
to lead the finance, budget, tax, and compliance functions of our Australian subsidiary. This is a senior leadership role offering exposure to large-scale real estate projects and cross-border operations. The position also includes oversight of HR management for the Australian office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, tax, and compliance for the Australian business.
  • Liaise with head office in China, ensuring timely submission of reports and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and risk management.

Requirements

  • Australian CPA qualification
  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
  • Proven experience in Chinese state-owned enterprises preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in both Mandarin and English
