What We're Looking For:

Operational Leadership & Facility Management

• Lead all aspects of facility operations across the venue, ensuring high-quality service delivery in aquatic programming, amenities, and customer services.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive safety, efficiency, and consistency.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Oversee scheduling, equipment management, and daily operations to optimize capacity and service.
• Ensure facilities meet health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team across both sites, including swim instructors, facility staff, and operations teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Build a strong leadership team through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance through recognition, training, and professional development.

Program & Experience Delivery

• Ensure high standards of service delivery in all aquatic programs, from swim school through to elite training squads.
• Work with program leads to refine and evolve swim school offerings, fitness programs, and events, ensuring they meet customer expectations and industry best practices.
• Monitor customer feedback and operational data to implement continuous improvement initiatives and exceed client expectations.

Business Development & Community Engagement

• Drive business growth through increased participation, retention, and positive community relations.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local schools, businesses, and community groups to expand the venues' reach.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote programs, events, and membership opportunities.
• Utilize data and insights to refine strategies that enhance both the customer experience and financial performance.

About You
You are a passionate and results-driven Facility Manager with a deep understanding of the aquatics industry and a proven track record of successful leadership across large-scale operations. You have:

• Proven experience managing large facilities, preferably within the aquatic or sports sector.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience developing high-performance teams.
• A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences.
• Excellent operational and business acumen, including budgeting, compliance, and performance analysis.
  Experience in managing multiple programs and delivering high-quality services to diverse customer groups.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
