Richworth Air Conditioning is in search of a qualified tradesman and/or a 3rd-4th year apprentice & a 1st year apprentice to join the team of a well established Air Conditioning/Chiller company based in the St George area.

Richworth is a small family owned & operated business that prides itself on being a dedicated team of people who always deliver high quality and thorough completion of works. Richworth specialise in the maintenance & service of Smardt Powerpax chillers, however we also service all other brands of chillers.

In this full time position you will be carrying out maintenance, Installations and repairs on chillers & commercial air conditioning throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area and country areas. This position would be ideal for someone wanting to progress in the industry and have the opportunity to gain knowledge and expertise in the servicing and maintenance of chillers. Chiller experience is preferable, however training would be provided for a suitable applicant.

Upon employment you will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle (Dual cab ute or van), E-toll tag and fuel card, laptop/iPad, mobile phone and uniform. Remuneration negotiable on experience.

Requirements:

* Current drivers license.

* Refrigerant handling license.

* Minimum 2 years experience.

* Sound communication skills.

* Trade Qualified or apprentice.

* Show initiative in acquiring new skills.

* Possess the ability to work individually and in teams.

* Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Carry out maintenance, repairs and commissioning of chillers and air conditioning equipment throughout the Sydney Metro and NSW region, including breakdown repairs that may require working outside of normal business hours.

* Always maintain safe work practices.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions.

* Maintain accurate service records and documentation of repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS / LICENCES

* Australian trade certificate in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning.

* Refrigeration Handling Licence (ARC).

* Valid full driver's licence.

* Current White Card
