Are you a motivated HVAC apprentice looking to specialise in chiller systems and applied air conditioning? Airexchange A/sia Pty Ltd is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice to join our growing team of skilled service technicians.

About Us

Airexchange provides professional chiller service, maintenance, and commissioning across NSW. We work on multi-brand chillers across commercial and industrial sites — delivering premium, compliant, and reliable cooling solutions.

About the Role

You'll work alongside experienced field technicians and gain hands-on experience with:

  • Centrifugal, screw and scroll chillers across multiple OEM brands
  • Chilled water systems and control diagnostics
  • Preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs
  • Compliance and service documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Currently a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • Keen interest in chiller systems and large-scale cooling equipment
  • Strong work ethic, good communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in plant rooms and as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence (preferred)
