AWESOME OPPORTUNITY

I'm on the hunt for a Lead Developer who's looking to combine their hands-on technical excellence with team leadership in my client's fast-paced, AI forward team.

You will guide the development team through complex technical challenges while remaining deeply involved in coding, problem-solving and architectural decisions. The role requires someone who can balance independent technical work with mentoring responsibilities and project oversight.

It's a small team with a mature tech stack. They use AI to solve problems faster and rely on technical experience to maintain quality control. This role requires you to be currently using AI coding assistants in day-to-day development.

Must have

  • Demonstrated experience with Wordpress, Xenforo, Pocketable, Cloudflare proxies, React Router, Concierge platforms, Google Cloud VPS and Cloud Run, GA4, Big Query, and Metabase for analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
  • A passion for travel is desirable, as is familiarity with frequent flyer programs (though not essential)
  • Are passionate and hungry to succeed in a changing digital world
